Andy Touchfingers, Jafar and Maxime Cescau’s Artizan Music was born in the rainy Winter of 2005. The logical progression of their mutual studio marriage, Artizan rose like an electronic phoenix from the ashes of Jafar & Touch’s previous Kwaito Recordings imprint and Maxime Cescau’s 4bit Art & Music. It is the culmination of 17 years in the business spent collectively working at major record companies, independents, distributors, PR agencies and nightclubs. Artizan, as its namesake suggests, is home to the finest ‘Master Craftsmen’ in the business..
Artizan Music’s vision is a platform for deep, thought-provoking dance music; A tender tough mix of House, Techno, Disco and Electronics, squarely aimed at the minds, ears, hearts and feet of the modern dancefloor connaisseur.
