An Acid House obsessive since the heady days of 88’s Summer of Love, Artizan’s 2nd resident Art Director James Piercy, is another stalwart of the London scene. A talented graphic designer by day and, alongside Terry Farley and Roual Galloway, the man responsible for the world’s best (if not only remaining), truly dedicated, HOUSE fanzine, ‘ Faith Strobelight Honey’, Jimmy is naturally, also a Dj by night. A regular fixture at the popular London Faith parties or the fantastic Horse Meat Disco, Jim has a spot-on taste in both music, art and clobber. With a wit as ascerbic as his fashion sense, he is most often found causing havoc on Faith’s ‘take-no-prisoners’ message board (to quote Farley himself its ’savage’) . Early into our inception, Jim rescued Artizan from aesthetic suicide with those wonderful animal motifs. Look out from some limited edition T’s from the man in the months to come!
