In addition to running Artizan, residing at our parties, podcasts and generally keeping their itchy, scratchy, nob-twiddling fingers, in as many music pies as they can eat, their solo and collaborative productions as Poussez have really cemented their reputation in the deep house scene these last few years, capitalizing on almost two decades in the business.

Their output has appeared on LoudEast, Huddtraxx, Blacksoul, ToneControl, Berwick Street, Hustle, Universal Vibes and of course Artizan. They’ve been remixed by Atjazz, Roberto Rodriquez and Nacho Marco whilst collaborating with Demarkus Lewis, Rich Medina, Marcus Begg and turning their consistent remix talents to our own Spieltape, PeteDafeet, Demarkus Lewis and Terry Farley. Good news children of the night. Artizan Music has signed East London Deep and Tech-House duo Deporto.
The boys also run a fantastic monthly club night called Finale out of the Brick House on Brick Lane. This is precisely where we’re going to be celebrating the launch of their EP: “Solar Stripe”, which is out on Artizan NOW.

Uptownboogiedown thus makes its return into 2010 to join forces with Finale on February 20th. We’re gonna laugh, hold hands, thrown our sausages into the air and probably have some drinks. You should join us. See the flyer below, munchkins.
